Introducing Living Longer Living Stronger at Sentience Personal Training

Living Longer Living Stronger is a comprehensive and evidence-based strength and fitness program specifically designed for older adults, typically those aged 60 and above. The program aims to improve seniors' overall health and well-being by focusing on strength training and physical activity tailored to their unique needs.

Living Longer Living Stronger aims to help older adults maintain or increase their muscle strength, improve balance, flexibility, and overall physical function. This, in turn, can lead to various benefits, including enhanced mobility, reduced risk of falls, increased independence, and a better quality of life.

COTA (Council on the Ageing) created the Living Longer Living Stronger program as a response to the specific health and fitness needs of older adults, particularly those aged 60 and above. They developed the program to help seniors improve their strength, mobility, and overall well-being and now Living Longer Living Stronger is offered on many located across Victoria, and at Sentience Personal Training in Diamond Creek.

Ongoing Prices After Your Free Sessions

Living Longer, Living Stronger Sessions

$15 per 50-minute session.  Max 8 people in a group. Monday - Friday at 11:15 am.

You can pay as you go, or opt for a 10-session pack for $150, eliminating payment worries.

Initial Health Evaluation: which helps tailor workouts to your needs, is available for $40 and includes a valuable InBody Scan to assess your body composition.
