At Sentience Personal Training, we have been offering Council on the Ageing's (COTA) endorsed program, Living Longer Living Stronger™ since 2008!  This program is specially designed for older adults to improve strength, independence and longevity.

What Happens in a Typical Living Longer Living Stronger Session?

Each session begins with a Trainer led group mobility routine and warm up exercises to warm up and nurture your joints, assisting with a greater range of healthy movement. You will then move on to your individualised strength program, completing strength exercises under the supervision and guidance of a Personal Trainer, covering all major body parts. The session concludes with core strengthening exercises and a stretch to cool down, ensuring a balanced and effective workout that leaves you feeling invigorated.

Your individual needs and ability will be catered to in each session.

Session Details:

  • Session Duration: 50 minutes
  • Class Size: Up to seven members
  • Session Times: Monday - Friday at 11:15am
  • Cost: $15 per session (pay casually or purchase a 10-pack)
